01About the course
What you will learn in Blockchain
A blockchain is a shared record of transactions that is copied across many computers, so no single party can quietly change it. Each block is linked to the previous one using cryptography, and the network agrees on new entries through methods such as proof of work. Ethereum adds smart contracts: small programs, written in Solidity, that run on the blockchain and execute automatically when conditions are met. Hyperledger Fabric offers a permissioned version for businesses.
This page is for learners outside Vellore, Katpadi and Ranipet – NRIs, professionals in the Gulf and other countries, and students elsewhere in India who want Blockchain taught live by a trainer.
Basic programming knowledge in any language is recommended. Familiarity with JavaScript helps for the Web3.js and testing sessions.
