How learning works
Learners in the UAE study live online with the same trainers, syllabus and certificate as classroom learners. Gulf time is about one and a half hours behind India, and a hybrid plan can add lab weeks at Vellore when you visit home.

You will learn to
- Create schedules, material take-offs, rooms, areas and colour schemes
- Manage views, view templates, visibility settings and filters
- Build parametric families such as doors, windows, columns and MEP equipment
Project to build: RCC frame structure. Model columns, beams, footings and slabs with reinforcement and create structural drawings and schedules.
Tools covered: Revit MEP (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection), Export to CAD, IFC and DWF, Revit Architecture, Revit Structure, Structural analytical model and rebar.
Professional level: Engineers who want the full 80-hour Revit MEP course, adding duct and pipe sizing, fire alarm, site lighting, equipment families and fire protection.
HVAC Design 40 h
You will learn to
- Calculate ventilation and exhaust air for toilets, kitchens and car parks
- Draft HVAC layouts in AutoCAD, including ducting, AHU rooms, kitchen hoods and car-park ventilation
- Explain the vapour compression cycle and the role of each refrigeration component
Project to build: Commercial kitchen hood. Design a wall-type or island-type hood, calculate exhaust and fresh air, and draw the ducting in AutoCAD.
Tools covered: Pump head and selection calculations, Duct sizer (equal friction method), Cooling tower and coil selection procedures, HAP (Hourly Analysis Program) for heat load, AutoCAD for HVAC drafting.
Foundation level: Mechanical students, diploma holders and MEP draughtsmen who want a working foundation in HVAC calculations and drafting.
MEP Design Concepts 80 h
You will learn to
- Explain the main parts of a fire sprinkler system and how it is laid out
- Describe common air-conditioning system types and their uses

Project to build: Sprinkler layout. Prepare a basic sprinkler layout for a small commercial space.
Tools covered: MEP drawing reading, Cooling load basics, Ducting and air distribution, Fire hydrant and hose reel systems, HVAC design concepts.

Primavera 40–104 h

- Apply constraints, codes and user defined fields to organise a schedule
- Define roles and resources, assign them and level resources
- Create tabular and graphical reports and import or export schedules
Project to build: Baseline and progress update. Save a baseline, enter progress for two update cycles and compare actual against planned.
Tools covered: Progress Reporter and timesheets, Earned Value Analysis, Reports and import/export to Excel, User, EPS and OBS administration, Critical Path Method scheduling.
