01About the course
What you will learn in Tally Prime
TallyPrime is accounting and business management software made by Tally Solutions, a Bengaluru company. It is the newer version of Tally.ERP 9 and is used to record sales, purchases, payments and receipts, maintain stock, generate GST and TDS details and prepare the trial balance, profit and loss account and balance sheet. Its keyboard-driven screens make daily entry quick once you know the vouchers and shortcuts.
This page is for learners outside Vellore, Katpadi and Ranipet – NRIs, professionals in the Gulf and other countries, and students elsewhere in India who want Tally Prime taught live by a trainer.
Basic computer use is enough. Knowing accounting helps, but each level begins with the fundamentals of accounting, so beginners are welcome.

How many hours is the Tally Prime course?
Tally Prime is offered at 3 levels (80–110 h): Proficient in Tally Prime – 80 hours; Professional in TallyPrime – 110 hours; Advanced Certificate in TallyPrime Complete – 80 hours.
Do I need to buy the software?
We teach; we do not supply software. Use your own licence or an educational or trial licence where the maker offers one. Our Software & Licensing Policy explains the rules.
Can I attend some classes in person in India?
