Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply when you use this website or enrol in a course at a CareerKraft centre in Katpadi, Vellore or Ranipet.
About these terms
These terms are between you and CareerKraft, which runs training centres in Katpadi, Vellore and Ranipet as an authorised training partner of CADD Centre, Livewire and SynergySBS. By using careerkraft.in or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms.
When you enrol, your centre will also share enrolment terms for your course. If those enrolment terms differ from this page on any point about your course, the enrolment terms apply. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.
Using this website
You may browse the site and share its pages for personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy large parts of the content, misuse the enquiry forms, try to disrupt the site, or use it for anything unlawful.
Course descriptions, topics, durations and career information are provided in good faith to help you choose. They may change, and the details confirmed by your centre at admission are the ones that apply. See our Disclaimer for more.
Enrolment and fees
Your enrolment is confirmed once admission formalities are complete and the fee, or the first instalment, is paid as agreed. The current fee, any offers, instalment or EMI options and payment due dates are shared with you by the centre you choose; they are not published on this website.
Fees paid are covered by our Refund Policy and the enrolment terms given at admission. Please keep your receipts.
Batches, modes and schedule changes
Courses are offered in classroom, online or hybrid mode, depending on trainer availability. Batch timings, trainers, centre, mode and schedules may sometimes need to change, for example because of trainer availability, holidays or circumstances beyond our control. We will tell enrolled students in good time about changes that affect them and try to offer a suitable alternative.
Regular attendance is expected. If you miss sessions, you are responsible for catching up using the material provided. Long absences may affect your batch and assessment timeline.
Student conduct
Treat trainers, staff and fellow learners with respect, both at the centre and in online classes. Use centre computers and internet only for learning, follow lab rules, and do not install, copy or share unlicensed software. Do not record online sessions or share login details unless your centre allows it.
We may issue a warning, suspend or cancel enrolment for serious or repeated misconduct, harassment, cheating in assessments or damage to property.
Course material and intellectual property
Course material, e-books, videos, assessments, portals and apps belong to the respective brand owners – CADD Centre, Livewire or SynergySBS – or to CareerKraft where we have created them. The brand names and logos belong to their owners. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the material for your own learning; you may not copy, share, resell or publish it.
Your own project work remains yours. We may show it as an example of student work only with your permission.
Certificates
Certificates are issued by the partner brand for your course, under that brand's rules, after your project and assessment are approved. They are not issued for attendance alone, and issue timelines depend on the partner. Where a course prepares you for an exam run by an outside body, that body decides eligibility and awards the credential.
Placement support – no job guarantee
Placement support includes resume help, mock interviews and job leads. It does not guarantee a job, interview, salary or any particular outcome. Any salary figures on this website are indicative only.
Limitation of liability
We take reasonable care in running the website and delivering training. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes such as job offers, exam results elsewhere or decisions you make based on our training or website content. Our total liability for any claim relating to a course is limited to the fee you paid for that course.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be excluded by contract.
Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version, with its last updated date, will be on this page; changes do not affect enrolment terms already agreed for a course in progress unless required by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under consumer law, courts at Vellore, Tamil Nadu will have jurisdiction over any dispute. We encourage you to raise any concern with your centre or at info@careerkraft.in first, so we can try to resolve it quickly.
