About Project Management
Project Management teaches how to plan work, track progress and deliver on time. MS Project covers creating tasks, durations, dependencies, resources and baselines and tracking progress with Gantt charts. Primavera is the scheduling tool widely used on construction, infrastructure and plant projects, with work breakdown structures, activity codes, resource loading and updating. Project Planning & Management (Masters) combines tools and methods in a longer programme, and PMP Certification Training prepares experienced professionals for the PMI Project Management Professional exam.
Planning engineers are needed wherever there is a project: buildings, roads, plants, factories and IT. Civil and mechanical engineers in Katpadi, Vellore and Ranipet often move from site work into planning roles, and larger contractors and EPC firms in Chennai and Bengaluru expect Primavera or MS Project skills.
