Where and how we train
Choose the mode that disturbs work the least. Sessions can be scheduled in shifts, on weekdays or on weekends, subject to trainer availability.
At your premises
Our trainer comes to your plant, site office or office. Useful when the team works on your own systems and files.
At our centre
Batches train in our labs in Katpadi, Vellore or Ranipet, away from daily interruptions.
Online
Live sessions for staff across branches, with recordings or practice files shared where possible.

Start with a skill-gap check
Staff in the same team often have very different levels. Before training we can run a short practical test or questionnaire to see who knows what. The results help us group people sensibly and spend time on the gaps, not on things they already do well.
We can also review a few sample drawings, spreadsheets or reports from your team, so that the exercises look like their real work.

Batch reports and certificates
At the end of each batch you receive a simple report: who attended, session-wise attendance, assessment scores and short trainer notes on where each person stands. HR and department heads can use it to plan the next round of training.
Participants who complete the programme and assessment can receive CADD Centre, Livewire or SynergySBS certificates where the programme meets the partner's requirements.

Yes. We choose modules from our course range, add examples close to your work and set the duration to fit your schedule.
Do you train inside SIPCOT or at our site office?
On-site training is possible in and around Ranipet and Vellore districts, subject to trainer availability. We will need a room with systems and the required software.
Who provides the software licences for on-site training?
For on-site sessions, training usually runs on your licensed systems. If that is not possible, the batch can train at our centre where the software is installed.
Can training be scheduled around shifts?
Yes. We can plan morning, evening or weekend sessions and split large teams into smaller batches.
What do we get at the end?
A batch report with attendance and assessment results, and partner certificates for participants where the programme and assessment meet the partner's requirements.
How do we get a quotation?
