Our leadership
CareerKraft is led by Ajithkumar R N, Centre Head & Franchise Partner for Katpadi, Vellore and Ranipet, and Vignesh Manavalan, Centre Head & Franchise Partner for Vellore and Ranipet.
CareerKraft is run by two Centre Heads and Franchise Partners. Ajithkumar R N is responsible for all three centres in Katpadi, Vellore and Ranipet, and Vignesh Manavalan shares responsibility for the Vellore and Ranipet centres. Together they are accountable to students, parents and our partner networks for the quality of every batch.

What their role covers
As Centre Heads, they oversee day-to-day running of the centres – admissions and counselling, batch planning, trainer allocation, lab readiness and student support.
As Franchise Partners, they make sure CareerKraft follows the syllabus, assessment and certification standards of CADD Centre, Livewire and SynergySBS, and that students get access to the learning tools each network provides.
