Industry-style schematics
Learn symbol libraries, wire numbering and cross-referencing used in real panel drawings.
Electrical drafting, panel and control schematics, wiring harness and EV design training for EEE and electrical learners.
01Overview
Electrical CADD teaches you to draw and design electrical systems the way industry does. In Electrical CAD (AutoCAD Electrical) you create schematics, panel layouts, terminal plans and reports using symbol libraries and automatic wire numbering. Electrical & Wiring Harness Design covers how cables and connectors are routed and documented in vehicles and machines. Electric Vehicle (EV) Design introduces the parts of an EV and how they are planned, and Basic Electrical (Executive Diploma) gives a broader foundation across several electrical tools.
Electrical design skills are needed wherever there are panels, machines and vehicles. Ranipet's industrial estate and BHEL unit, the automotive plants around Sriperumbudur and Hosur, and panel builders and contractors across the Chennai–Bengaluru corridor all work with electrical drawings. EEE diploma holders, BE students and electricians looking for design roles can train at our Katpadi, Vellore or Ranipet centres. You finish with a set of drawings and a project that show you can produce clean, standard-based documentation.
02Courses
5 course pages covering 7 programmes from the Excel catalogue. Every level of a tool sits on one page.
A short, practical start in electrical fundamentals – circuits, wiring, earthing, safety and reading electrical drawings.
Learn how electric vehicles work and are designed – batteries and BMS, motors and powertrains, vehicle dynamics and range simulation.
Learn how vehicle wiring harnesses are planned, routed in 3D, flattened and documented for manufacturing.
Learn AutoCAD Electrical to draw control schematics, number wires, lay out PLC and panel drawings and generate BOMs and wiring reports.
03Why this domain
Learn symbol libraries, wire numbering and cross-referencing used in real panel drawings.
Wiring harness and EV design courses link electrical skills to the growing vehicle sector.
Generate bills of materials, wire lists and terminal reports from your drawings.
No prior CAD experience needed. We start with the interface and basic drawing.
Our electrical design trainers have industry experience and give individual attention, so you can ask questions until a concept is clear.
Weekday and weekend batches at Katpadi, Vellore and Ranipet, with Classroom, Online or Hybrid modes depending on trainer availability.
04Who it is for
Learners wanting electrical draughtsman or design assistant roles.
Students who want a design skill alongside their degree.
Field staff who want to move into drawing and documentation work.
Learners interested in harness routing and EV systems.
Staff in panel shops who prepare or read control drawings.
Engineers who want to understand EV and electrical layouts for product work.
05Careers
Draws power and control schematics and layouts.
Plans circuits, selects components and releases drawings.
Designs control panel layouts and wiring diagrams.
Routes harnesses and prepares harness drawings for vehicles or machines.

Ask on WhatsAppIt is a version of AutoCAD made for electrical drawings, with ready symbol libraries, automatic wire numbers and report tools.
Yes. Panel builders, contractors and design firms often ask for electrical drafting skills in entry-level roles.
It covers how wires, connectors and protective parts are grouped and routed, and how harness drawings are prepared for production.
No. The course explains EV parts and systems from the basics, and an electrical or mechanical background is helpful.
Yes. Many learners pair Electrical CAD with PLC & SCADA to prepare for automation roles.
