Core skill
One main tool or subject matched to your background – for example AutoCAD and Revit, SolidWorks, Python, or Tally and Excel.
A job-ready track for freshers: one core skill, a real project, programming and AI basics, soft skills and interview preparation.
01What the First Job Programme is
Many freshers finish college with a degree but no clear skill an employer can test. The First Job Programme fills that gap with one focused track that ends with a project and interview practice.
It is based on the job-ready career programme model of the CADD Centre network, delivered locally by CareerKraft at all three centres.
02What the track includes
One main tool or subject matched to your background – for example AutoCAD and Revit, SolidWorks, Python, or Tally and Excel.
A complete project you can show in interviews and add to your portfolio.
For engineering students, an introduction to programming and practical AI tools used at work.
Communication, email writing, teamwork and workplace basics.
Resume building, aptitude practice and mock technical and HR interviews.
03Who it is for
Final-year and recently graduated engineering, diploma, ITI, arts and commerce students who want a first job in design, IT or accounts.
It also suits women restarting careers and anyone switching fields who wants a structured path.
