What you will learn in Employability Skills
Employability skills are the non-technical abilities that help you get a job and do well in it. They include speaking and listening well, writing clear emails, presenting ideas, taking part in group discussions, working in a team, handling pressure and presenting yourself in an interview. Recruiters often say that candidates with good technical marks still miss offers because of weak communication or interview skills.
This page is for learners outside Vellore, Katpadi and Ranipet – NRIs, professionals in the Gulf and other countries, and students elsewhere in India who want Employability Skills taught live by a trainer.
No technical knowledge is needed. You should be able to read and write basic English; the sessions help you improve from wherever you start.

How many hours is the Employability Skills course?
Employability Skills is offered at 2 levels (4–40 h): Essential in Employment Skill Development Program – 4 hours; Course on Employability Proficiency Program – 40 hours.
Do I need to buy the software?
We teach; we do not supply software. Use your own licence or an educational or trial licence where the maker offers one. Our Software & Licensing Policy explains the rules.
Can I attend some classes in person in India?
Yes. Hybrid and fully offline options are available at our Vellore, Katpadi and Ranipet centres on dates agreed in advance, depending on trainer and lab availability.
What does it cost?

Will I get a certificate?
On completing the course and its project you receive the CADD Centre network certificate. It is a skill-training certificate, not a degree or a professional licence.
