01About the course

What you will learn in Ethical Hacking

Ethical hacking means testing computers, networks and applications with permission, using the same methods a real attacker would, so that weaknesses are found and fixed before someone misuses them. Ethical hackers follow a set process: gather information, scan, enumerate, try to gain access, and then report. This 68-hour course walks through that full process, from footprinting to web, wireless, mobile, IoT and cloud attacks.

This page is for learners outside Vellore, Katpadi and Ranipet – NRIs, professionals in the Gulf and other countries, and students elsewhere in India who want Ethical Hacking taught live by a trainer.

You need good computer skills and a basic understanding of networking (IP addresses, ports, common protocols). Familiarity with Windows and Linux commands helps a lot; our Linux and networking courses make a good foundation.

05Projects

Practice projects

Footprinting report on a lab target

Collect and organise public information on a practice target using search engine, WHOIS, DNS and email footprinting.

Network scan and enumeration

Find live hosts, open ports and running services on a lab network, then draw a network diagram of what you find.

Vulnerability assessment report

Scan lab systems, score the findings and write a report with clear fix recommendations.

Web application test

Test a deliberately vulnerable web app for common flaws, including SQL injection, and document each finding.
