Tally Prime 80–110 h
You will learn to
- Create a company, ledgers, groups and inventory masters in TallyPrime
- Secure, back up, split and move company data to a new financial year
- Record accounting and inventory vouchers, invoices and bill-wise details
Project to build: Bank reconciliation and year-end. Reconcile the bank book and carry the company forward to the next financial year.
Tools covered: Migration from Tally.ERP 9, GST configuration and reports, Backup, restore, import and export, TallyPrime, TDS and Challan 281.
Professional level: Learners who want the longest, 110-hour TallyPrime track covering foundation and advanced levels, with GST, TDS, year-end work and an exam voucher listed in the programme.
PLC & SCADA 44–64 h

- Build SCADA screens with tags, animations, scripts, alarms, trends and recipes
- Wire a simple relay control panel with selector-switch modes
- Configure hardware, then download and upload programs to a PLC or simulator
Project to build: Alarm and trend dashboard. Set analog and discrete alarms, log them and show real-time and historical trends exported to Excel.
Tools covered: Siemens TIA Portal (S7-1200), Omron CX-Supervisor and CX-Simulator, Mitsubishi GX Works2 (FX series), Siemens WinCC, Ladder logic and Function Block Diagram.
Foundation level: Beginners who want a complete 64-hour PLC and SCADA course, from ladder logic and panel wiring to SCADA screens, alarms, trends and recipes.
PDMS (Piping Design) 40 h
You will learn to
- Model equipment with primitives, negative primitives, nozzles and parametric templates
- Create pipes and branches, add components and set specifications and bores
- Run data consistency and clash checks and fix the issues found
Project to build: Isometrics, spools and MTO. Generate pipe isometrics, break them into spools and produce pipe and tube MTO reports.
Tools covered: Design Explorer, Isometric generation, Model Editor, Report and MTO generation, DXF/DGN export.
