01Kolkata

Kolkata IT hubs and shipyards on the Hooghly

Salt Lake Sector V and New Town hold the city’s IT and services campuses, while Garden Reach and other yards on the Hooghly build ships and support marine engineering. Howrah’s old engineering belt and the jute and tea trade sustain traditional manufacturing and accounts roles.

Kolkata is far from Vellore, so online delivery is the only practical format; evening batches suit the city’s working population.
