What you will learn in Project Planning & Management
The Masters Certificate in Project Planning and Management is a 144-hour programme from SynergySBS that combines project management concepts with the two main scheduling tools. It starts with the project framework, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closing. It then covers Microsoft Project in depth and Oracle Primavera P6 in both the desktop client and the web version, including scheduling, tracking and application administration.
