01About the course
What you will learn in Architectural & Interior Design
Architectural and interior design is the planning of buildings and the spaces inside them so they work well, look good and suit the people using them. Before any software is opened, a designer has to understand design elements such as line, form, colour and light, how to plan rooms and circulation, which materials to use, and how services like plumbing, electrical and air-conditioning fit in. These short courses teach those concepts in plain terms, with practical exercises.
This page is for learners outside Vellore, Katpadi and Ranipet – NRIs, professionals in the Gulf and other countries, and students elsewhere in India who want Architectural & Interior Design taught live by a trainer.
No design background is needed. An interest in homes and spaces and basic computer use are enough; a feel for sketching helps with the perspective sessions.
