01About the course
What you will learn in HyperMesh
HyperMesh is a finite element pre-processor from Altair. Before any stress, crash or vibration analysis can run, the CAD model has to be cleaned, simplified and broken into small elements called a mesh. HyperMesh is the tool engineers use for that job: it repairs imported geometry, extracts mid-surfaces, creates shell, tetra and hexa meshes, checks element quality and sets up loads and connectors.
This page is for learners outside Vellore, Katpadi and Ranipet – NRIs, professionals in the Gulf and other countries, and students elsewhere in India who want HyperMesh taught live by a trainer.
Basic computer skills and some experience with any 3D CAD tool help. Knowing strength of materials and the basic idea of finite element analysis makes the course easier.

Yes. HyperMesh is taught live online by a trainer, with the same syllabus, hours and project as the classroom batch. Batches are planned around your time zone, subject to trainer availability.
How many hours is the HyperMesh course?
HyperMesh is offered at 1 level (40 h): Essential in Hypermesh – 40 hours.
Do I need to buy the software?
We teach; we do not supply software. Use your own licence or an educational or trial licence where the maker offers one. Our Software & Licensing Policy explains the rules.
Can I attend some classes in person in India?
Yes. Hybrid and fully offline options are available at our Vellore, Katpadi and Ranipet centres on dates agreed in advance, depending on trainer and lab availability.
What does it cost?
