Courses for students and families from Ponnai

Ponnai is a rural area in the north of Vellore district, and learners from here include school leavers, college students and parents looking for computer classes for their children. MS Office, Tally and AutoCAD are common picks, along with kids coding programmes in the holidays.

CareerKraft runs CADD Centre, Livewire and SynergySBS at Katpadi, Vellore and Ranipet. All courses run at all three centres, so choose the one you prefer, or learn online or hybrid.

Ponnai lies in farming country near the Andhra Pradesh border, named after the Ponnai river that flows through the area. Families here are mostly in agriculture and local trade, and students travel to Katpadi and Vellore for college.

For young people from this background, a practical computer skill can make the first job easier to find. MS Office and Advanced Excel suit office roles, Tally Prime suits accounts work, and AutoCAD gives diploma and engineering students a head start in drafting.
