02Inside the course

What the Full Stack Development internship builds on

Full stack development means building both parts of a web application: the front end that users see in the browser and the back end that stores data and runs business logic on the server. MERN and MEAN are two popular JavaScript stacks.

Working through Full Stack Development (MERN & MEAN), you will learn to build responsive web pages with HTML5, CSS3 and Bootstrap, write interactive client-side code with JavaScript, jQuery and JSON and design, query and secure MongoDB databases with collections, schemas and indexes.

You will work with HTML5 and CSS3, Bootstrap and JavaScript and jQuery; the Course on Full Stack Development - MEAN programme includes modules such as HTML5, CSS3 Fundamentals and CSS3 Layout and Effects.

Roles to aim for include Full Stack Developer – builds both front end and back end of web applications and MERN Stack Developer – develops apps with MongoDB, Express, React and Node.js. Basic computer and internet use is enough to start, as HTML, CSS and JavaScript are taught from the beginning. Logical thinking and regular practice matter more than prior coding.
