A clear next step for you

Commerce and arts students often hear that jobs are only for engineers. That is not true. Every shop, clinic, factory and firm needs people who can keep accounts, file GST, build reports in Excel and promote the business online. These are practical skills, and they can be learned in weeks or months, alongside your B.Com, BBA, BA or BSc, without waiting for final year.

CareerKraft teaches these courses through SynergySBS, which focuses on accounting, business and office skills. You work on sample company data, raise vouchers, prepare returns and build dashboards. Classes run at our Katpadi, Vellore and Ranipet centres, with flexible batches and Online or Hybrid options. By the time you graduate, you can say you have done the work, not just studied it.

Is a commerce or arts degree enough for a job?

A degree opens doors, but employers ask what software you can use. Tally, GST and Excel skills show you can start work in accounts or admin with little extra training.

I am not good with computers

Office Automation and Excel courses start from the basics. With steady practice, most students become comfortable within the first few weeks.

I want a job close to home

Local businesses, traders, clinics and industries around Vellore and Ranipet need accounts and office staff, and these skills fit those roles well.

Will I be stuck in routine data entry?

Skills like Power BI, digital marketing and SAP FI lead to analyst, marketing and finance roles that grow with experience.

04FAQ

Questions from after 12th (commerce/arts)

Still have a question? The counsellor at the centre you prefer replies on WhatsApp.

Ask on WhatsApp
Which is better after 12th commerce – Tally or a full accounting course?

Tally Prime is shorter and focused on the software. The Business Accounting & Taxation programme is longer and adds deeper accounting and tax practice. If you want an accounts career, the longer programme is worth considering.

Can arts students learn digital marketing?

Yes. Digital marketing needs clear writing, creativity and curiosity more than any particular subject. Many arts students do very well in content, social media and SEO roles.

Can I do these courses during my degree?

Yes. We run weekday, weekend and evening batches so you can learn alongside college. Online and Hybrid modes are available depending on trainer availability.

Do you help with jobs?

We offer placement support: resume help, mock interviews and job leads. We do not promise a job, because that depends on your skills, practice and the market, but we help you prepare well.

What is the fee?

Fees depend on the course and level. The counsellor at your chosen centre (Katpadi, Vellore or Ranipet) will share the current fee, any offers and EMI options on WhatsApp.

What are the centre timings?

All three centres are open Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, and Sunday, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. You can choose Classroom, Online or Hybrid, depending on trainer availability for your course.
